Body Pump

WORK ALL MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS IN JUST 55 MINUTES

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through scientifically backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own! Attendees will leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. Also available in 30 or 45 minute formats.


Pilates

BODY CONDITIONING THAT IMPROVES MUSCLE TONE, FLEXIBILITY AND STRENGTH

Pilates is a mind-body exercise and uses a combination of around 50 repetitive exercises to spur muscle exertion. Each exercise flows from the “five essentials”: breath, alignment, rib stabilization, pelvic mobility, and utilization of the abdominis. Incorporates elements of stretching and breathing.


Zumba

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

COMBINES URBAN DANCE MOVES WITH A FULL BODY WORKOUT

U-Jam Fitness

U-Jam Fitness is a fun and engaging workout that incorporates urban dance moves, such as hip-hop, Bollywood, and urban styles into a full-body cardio workout. The program is designed to improve coordination, balance and flexibility. U-Jam Fitness is not only a physical workout, but also promotes mental well-being and a sense of community through group exercise and dance choreography experience.


XTREME Hip-Hop Step

An urban twist to a traditional step class that is performed by stepping onto and off an elevated platform while doing upper body movements. The choreographed moves are done as a moderate to high intensity cardio workout to hip-hop music.
