Let’s get down to the Nitty Gritty…My name is Bonnie Brown and I have been in the hospitality industry over 25 years. I’m also a fitness instructor and my personal passion is health and wellness.
I bet you can relate here. Anytime travel was required for work, the first thing I look for are fitness classes close to the host hotel. I mean, how could I give up an entire week of my beloved fitness classes while away? I’m most productive when there is the opportunity to make healthy eating choices and get my sweat on. Then to find out when I get into town the itinerary is jam packed with long meetings and breakouts. Endless amounts of catered food, cocktail hours, awards dinner, and then the infamous hospitality suite to keep the party going. Don’t get me wrong…I love to have a great time and enjoy cocktails and dancing! But it would be great to have the option to get a good workout in with my colleagues that share the same goals.
This is how Nitty Gritty Fitness was formed and we have been making history since. We bring fitness to YOUR event so attendees have the option to make healthy choices. And better yet, in a FUN and motivating environment. We have a wide range of classes that appeal to all types of preferences and we customize every proposal to your conference needs.
